The Caremalta Academy launched its new academic year in the presence of students and lecturers as well as representatives from MCAST. More than 200 persons are expected to attend courses organised by the Academy in conjunction with recognised foreign institutions such as City & Guilds and MCAST leading to qualifications and advanced qualifications in health care and disability studies. Later on during the academic year the Academy is aiming to launch another course on dementia care. Caremalta CEO, Natalie Briffa Farrugia and Academy Principal, Charlo Bonnici addressed the students and guests.
