Casa San Paolo

Casa San Paolo has opened its doors on the 2nd June 2015. Centrally located in Bugibba, Casa San Paolo has a capacity of 205 beds. It has also a variety of public areas which include 2 restaurants situated on two different levels, a wellness area, a large multi-purpose room, a chapel, a large pool area and a welcoming reception area which also incorporates a library area at the entrance of the home.


Admission

Upon receiving an enquiry, the potential resident and his relatives are invited to visit the home to attend an orientation visit, prior to their the admission. During this visit, new residents will be given a tour of the facility and briefed on the facilities offered at the Home.

Accommodation and room facilities

The home features 205 beds which include 2 units to cater for higher dependency needs and a special Dementia secured area. All rooms are air-conditioned offering free cable tv, free Wi-Fi service, telephone set and a nurse call for each resident. There is also a nurse call via a pull chord system in the shower room. The majority of the rooms are single rooms with a shared bathroom but we can also offer shared accommodation.

Meals

A Continental Breakfast is served in the room while Lunch & Dinner are served in the two restaurants allocated on levels 1 and 3.

Personal Care

Laundry – Residents’ personal clothes are washed in-house.

Linen/Towel Services – Linen such as sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels are provided by the home.

Chapel Services

Rosary and Holy Mass are celebrated in our Home Chapel dedicated to St. Paul’s during the week. There is regular room service for Holy Communion for those residents who are not able to attend. A spiritual activities programme is drawn up before an important religious event and is displayed on the notice board next to the chapel.

Safety & Security

Smoking is only permitted in our verandas and in our pool area. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors whilst all corridors are CCTV controlled for health and safety purposes.
