Cospicua Home was officially inaugurated on 18th December 1999. This residential home was built by the Maltese Central Government and subcontracted to CareMalta for the management and running of the operations. The spectacular features of this 18th century building were all restored and a new section was built leading to a perfect fusion between the old and the new building.
