CareMalta Group hosted a joint preparatory meeting of the BETTERCARE COST Action working groups, as part of the ongoing University of Malta and CareMalta Group Memorandum of Understanding signed last year with the Department of Health Systems Management and Leadership.

Participants also enjoyed a guided walk around Villa Messina, observing first-hand the company’s significant investments as part of its strong person-safety strategy for both residents and staff.

The meeting brought together experts, researchers, and policymakers from across Europe to explore the future of the new care economy, including the Head of the Department of Health Systems Management and Leadership at the University of Malta, Professor Sandra C. Buttigieg, who co-organised and contributed to the joint preparatory meetings.
